This 100% sudachi juice is made by carefully squeezing the whole sudachi, a fragrant citrus fruit that represents Shikoku and Tokushima. We only use carefully selected sudachi, which have been checked for pesticide use and cultivation history, and squeeze the juice while maintaining the freshness of the fruit. We do not use any synthetic preservatives, flavors, or colorings, and deliver the natural aroma and flavor.

Sudachi is characterized by its refreshing acidity and the aroma of its green peel.
It can be used in Japanese dishes such as grilled fish, hotpots, and chilled noodles, as well as in dressings, marinades, vinegared dishes, and even when mixed with carbonated water or shochu, it can bring out a higher level of flavor. In the summer, it can also be mixed with ice water to make a delicious vinegar drink.

The aroma is the lifeblood of sudachi. At Awa Vinegar Brewery, we store and squeeze the juice immediately after harvesting in our own refrigerated facility to prevent the aroma from escaping and ensure that you can always enjoy a fresh taste. Please use the natural aroma and acidity nurtured in Tokushima's climate in your daily cooking.

After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
